PRODUCTION & RUSH ORDERS

Ready-to-ship items will be shipped out 2-3 business days after purchase. Made-to-order pieces can take up to 8 weeks. If you need a rush order, contact us and we will do everything we can to ship your headpiece in time!

PRICING & CURRENCY

Our store is powered by a currency geo locator so the prices shown are your own country's. Once at checkout, the charge is made in USD. Don't panic! The currency is different but the amount of money is the same. Currency conversions happen as per the rates on xe.com.

SHIPPING 

All Canadian orders receive free shipping. We charge USD$25 to ship to the USA, and USD$45 to the rest of the world.

We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. International duties and taxes are not refunded.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are sometimes subject to duties and tax fees which are not associated with Olivia The Wolf and are the buyer's responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Orders to the US and Mexico may qualify for a preferential tariff treatment under the CUSMA agreement. 

DELIVERY

Delivery usually takes no longer than 1-3 weeks world wide.

RETURNS

We understand how difficult buying bridal accessories online is, so please make sure you choose carefully and ask us everything you need to know before purchasing an item. Request for return or exchange must be made within 14 days of delivery. Please reach out if you have any questions prior to making your purchase. We love to hear from you!

 

The product must be sent back in its original package and we have the right to refuse items that are stained, damaged or not in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs as well as any taxes, duties, and courier fees incurred by the return.

 

If an item is defective or damaged by a mistake on our part upon receipt, we will work with you to either repair or replace the item. A refund will be issued for both delivery and return shipping charges. The refund will be issued in the same form as original payment within 3 days of return receipt of the damaged item.

We do not accept returns on sale items, custom orders or altered pieces.
